Space still available in SC4 Summer 101 programs

Registration is still open for several St. Clair County Community College Summer 101 programs in Port Huron.

Summer 101 is a group of classes and camps that provide hands-on learning for students in various age groups.

Spaces are open in the following “Reach Out for College Credit” classes. These are 1-credit, weeklong, college-level classes designed specifically for students exiting grades 6 through 12.

  • Hands-on Solar and Wind Applications — Runs July 12 through 16.
  • Introduction to Human Cell Biology — Runs July 12 through 16.
  • Advanced Saxophone Techniques — Runs July 19 through 23.
  • Introduction to Radio Frequency Identification — Runs July 19 through 23.

Spaces also are available in the Skipper Summer Sports Camps for students ages 8 to 18. The SC4 Athletic Department will instruct youth baseball, basketball and volleyball.
