Faculty Memorial Award honors SC4 student

St. Clair County Community College student Michelle Rozek of Port Huron was honored with a 2010 Faculty Memorial Award during the college’s 86th annual Commencement ceremony Friday, May 7.

Rozek received the Faculty Memorial Award for a student who has completed two years at SC4.

The award was founded several years ago by Professor Richard Colwell, past chairman of the SC4 English Department. It is meant to recognize outstanding students and provide a moment at Commencement to remember extraordinary educators who have passed away.

  • Garrett Benner of Port Huron.
  • Harry Bowyer of Kenockee Township.
  • Kay Cutcher of Brown City.
