SC4 student awarded Beacon scholarship

St. Clair County Community College student Christina Bantle of Port Huron has been awarded a Beacon Home Care Scholarship for Excellence in Nursing for 2010-11.

The scholarship is given to students who meet certain criteria, which include being in the final two semesters of SC4’s associate degree nursing program, being enrolled in 12 credit hours and having a minimum 3.5 grade point average.

The award cover's Bantle's tuition and fees.
