SC4 announces Sophomore Portfolio Art Show

St. Clair County Community College’s Sophomore Portfolio Art Show will run from Thursday, April 29, through Friday, May 7, in the Fine Arts Galleries on the college’s Port Huron campus.

The free show features artwork from sophomores in all disciplines of the college’s art department. The college has displayed sophomore and transferring students’ artwork each spring for years.

The show features selected work from portfolios the students have created at the college for use in getting a job or transferring to a four-year program.

A reception is planned from 2 to 4 p.m. Sunday, May 2, in the Fine Arts Galleries. The show’s viewing hours are 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. weekdays.
