St. Clair County Community College’s Workforce Training Institute has its 2010 spring and summer schedule available, and registration is open for all students.

The Workforce Training Institute offers professionals a chance to improve their job skills and trains students to quickly enter new career fields.

Workshops are planned through August in areas such as computer repair, education and information technology.

Students also can take classes in topics that include allied health and nursing, transportation, and public safety and fire training.

Classes are offered online and in the Citizens First Michigan Technical Education Center on the college’s Port Huron campus.
